Rita Ann Seidel

Rita Ann Seidel 88, retired after 65 years with Co-Co, Inc. as Office Manager, was born February 12, 1930, in Wichita, Kansas and died June, 17, 2018, in Wichita, Kansas. Rosary, 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 19, Downing & Lahey Mortuary East. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 20, St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Albert L. Seidel; parents, John and Agnes (Wohler) Wasinger; brothers, William, Gerald and Dewayne, and her sister, Elizabeth "Tudy" Pisar. Survivors: brother, Don (Sandy) Wasinger; step-daughter, Myrna Heath; step-son, William (Wanda) Seidel; sisters-in-law, Rita Wasinger of Dallas, Texas, Jane Wasinger of Wichita, Linda Wasinger of Minden, Nevada; brother-in-law, Flip Pisar of Hutchinson, 17 nieces and nephews. Also survived by her friend and Bingo partner, Marina Shauers. Rita was a graduate of Wichita Business College and charter member of the American Society of Women Accountants which was formed in 1972 and later became the Accounting and Financial Womens Alliance.
