John Joseph Kisner, 81, retired Internal Revenue Service agent and veteran of the United States Navy, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Visitation, 6-7 p.m.; Rosary immediately following at 7 p.m., both Sunday, March 10, Downing Lahey Mortuary West. Funeral Mass, 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 11, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Survivors: wife of 56 years, Vickie; children, John J. “Joe” Kisner, Jr. (Heather), Kimberly S. Pohl (Scott) all of Wichita; grandchildren, Logan and Austin Pohl, Katriana and Kaden Kisner.
