M. David Zach Zacharias

Zacharias, M. David “Zach”, 56 Attorney, died Monday, June 22, 2009. Preceded in death by parents Milton and Freda Zacharias. Distingushed graduate from UNL with a Juris Doctor, 1980. Order of the Coif, 1981. Member: Wichita, Nebraska State and Kansas bar associations. Avid Cornhusker fans shall miss him greatly. He is remembered as a man of humor with the best memories coming from boating/diving trips throughout the world. David is survived by son ,Michael and daughter, Emily; brothers, Mark and Jay; nieces, Angelique and Heather; nephew, Felix. He is missed by close friends, Tom Wallace, Jim Eaton and many colleagues. Visitation with the family 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday, at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Memorial service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 27, 2009 at Old Mission Mortuary Chapel, 3424 East 21st Street. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Zacharias Continuing Education Fund.
