Evelyn Atkisson

Evelyn Margie Atkisson, 92, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017. Evelyn was born December 18, 1924 in Walton, KS to Louise and Oscar Theleman. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Atkisson; two brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her daughters, Melody (John) Bainum and Marsha (Gary) Lehrman; granddaughters, Melinda Harrell, Michelle Bainum, and Maggie Lehrman; great-grandchildren, Madison Harrell and Austin Harrell. Visitation will be from 6:00 7:30 P.M., Sunday, June 25, 2017, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Graveside Service will be at 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 26, 2017, at Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Peabody, KS.
