William P. Veatch, Sr.

Veatch, William P. Sr. “Bill,” 93, passed away March 8, 2013. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 18, 2013, at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Virginia and Bill started Veatch Son Construction Company which he retired from when he was 65. World War II Veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart award. Member of Crestview Country Club for many years. Past President of WABA. Bill was preceded in death by his loving wife, Virginia, and three siblings. He is survived by: son, Bill; daughter, Pamela; granddaughters, Jamie and Ashley; step-grandson, Peter Markatos. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with WABA - Home Builders Care Foundation, 730 N. Main, Wichita, KS 67203, 501CE.
