Siebels, Christy Lynn, 28, died peacefully on Monday, March 9, 2015, surrounded by close family and friends. Funeral Service will be at 10:30 A.M., Thursday, March 12, 2015, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Survived by her parents, Jeff and Diane Siebels of Wichita; sister, Casey Lee Siebels (fianc, John Caffrey) of Andover; nephew, Colin Caffrey; niece, Carlie Caffrey; grandparents, Robert L. and Joanne M. Myers of Darien, IL, Marvin M. and Ruth E. Siebels of Hot Springs Village, AR. A memorial has been established with Make-A-Wish Foundation of Kansas, 125 Washington St. #100, Wichita, KS 67202.
