Aubrey Ann Jones

Aubrey Ann Jones Aubrey went to heaven on March 9, 2017 at the age of 24. Aubreys kind and generous spirit touched the lives of everyone she met. Aubrey had a well know passion for rescuing stray animals, working as a nurses aide and enjoying family vacations to the mountains. Aubrey attended Kapaun Mt. Carmel High School and Butler County Community College. Aubrey leaves behind her beloved children, Maddox (3 months) and Kaya (3 years); loving parents, Kenneth Jones and Shari Watts (Michael); sisters, Alaina Jones and Whitney Jones Sponsel; and brother, Harrison Wald; step-brother, Sean Watts. Aubrey was preceded in death by her significant other, Tanner Duncan; brother, Kyle Stephens; and sister, Sarah Moshier. She is survived by grandparents, John & Donna Jones, and Kenneth Phillips; aunts and uncles, Duane Jones (Debbie), Margaret Phillips, Lynn Lavallee (Don), Dee Jones, Jacinda Unruh (Mike), Janis Roberts (Darrin), Chris Johnston (Tom) and Janette Kirkpatrick (Jeff), Jeff Phillips (Lori), Pam Phillips; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Rosary is 6:30 p.m., Thursday, March 16 at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary; Funeral Mass is 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 17 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. A Memorial Fund for the children has been established at Commerce Bank, 6424 E. 13th St. N., Wichita, KS 67206 in the name of Kaya Jones and/or Kenneth Jones.
