Harvey Dean Hanneman, 79, Retired Pastor and Former Kansas District Secretary of the LCMS, died Monday, June 25, 2018. Visitation will be from 5:00 7:00 pm, Thursday, June 28, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Memorial Service will be at 11 am, Friday, June 29, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Mollie Hanneman; brothers, Leo and Albert Hanneman. Survived by his wife, Judith E. Hanneman of Wichita; daughter, Kristen (John) Ball; sons, John Hanneman, Paul (Gina) Hanneman; grandsons, Keehn Hanneman, Merrik Hanneman; granddaughters, Jessica Ball, Jackie (Tim) Schauf; great-grandson, Kiah Schauf; great-granddaughters, Leslye Schauf, Alizabeth Schauf. A memorial has been established with: Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 600 N. Greenwich Rd., Wichita, KS, 67206.

  4. I remember Pastor Hanneman as a young girl at Bethany Lutheran. He confirmed me when I was in the 6th grade. He was always smiling. Sorry for your loss.
