Robert Roy Walcher, 92, died Sunday, March 11, 2018. Graveside Service at 11 am, Wed., March 14, 2018, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Grace Walcher; wife, Izetta Walcher. Survived by his loving friend, Betty Mobray of Wichita, KS. Bob served four years in the United States Navy during WWII. Downing & Lahey East Mortuary.
