William Harry Bill Uhler

William Harry "Bill" Uhler, 82, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m., Friday, March 17, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Bill served 20 years in the United States Air Force in communications and was a veteran of the Korean War. After his military service, he worked for IFR Systems as a Technical Publications Manager and retired after 19 years. He then volunteered with Via Christi Health Systems for 10 years. Preceded in death by parents, Clarence and Claire Uhler, and sister, Wilma Morrow. Survivors: wife, Anne; daughter, Lili Koster (Greg) of Kearney, NE; grandchildren, Blake Koster of Omaha, NE and Brittani Koster of Kearney, NE; his daughter from a previous marriage, Lola Oakland (Russ) of Livermore, CA; sister, Lois Bomberger of Myerstown, PA and Helen Leaman of Cornwall, PA.
