Gleason, Rose A. (Reznicek), retired Registered Nurse from St. Francis Regional Medical Center, died March 15, 2005 following a long battle with cancer. Rosary, 5:00 pm Sunday at Downing and Lahey East Mortuary, Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Monday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1321 N. Stratford. Rose was born on May 5th in Irving, KS and was raised on a farm near Lost Springs, KS. Rose was a graduate of St. Francis School of Nursing, Wichita. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Tom. Rose participated in Diocesan Council of Catholic Women, Altar Society, Newman Book Club, Catholic Golden Age and Daughters of Isabella. She is survived by her sons; Dennis (Ginger) Gleason of Arlington, TX, Thomas Gleason II of Portland, OR, Dr. Ronald (Tina) Gleason of Sherman, TX, Brian Gleason of Wichita, Dr. Kevin Gleason of Lafayette, CO; daughters; Rebecca Law of Highlands Ranch, CO and Mary G. (Kevin) Steinbrock of Wichita; brother; paul Reznicek of Centennial, CO; sister anne Steiner of Marion, KS; grandchildren; Kelsey and Brendan Gleason, Shannon and Sean Law, Kumi Clampitt, Glenn, Rochelle and James Gleason, Trevor and Jordan Steinbrock; and great-grandchild; Ayden.
