Faith Wells

Faith M. Wells, 40, died Thursday, June 29, 2017. Memorial Service will be Friday July 7, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Downing & Lahey Mortuary East Chapel. Faith was born in Winfield, Kansas on August 9, 1976. She graduated from Winfield High School. Faith was married to Eric Wells on June 26, 2010; they were married for 7 years. Faith worked for Heartspring, a school for autistic children and the Sedgwick County Area Educational Services Coop for the past several years. She worked as a Home Para educator at Heartspring and as a para educator through the coop, which gave her the chance to do what she loved most, working with children. Faith had just passed her Certified Nursing Assistant boards with the State of Kansas and was taking classes to become a Certified Medical Assistant. She was looking forward to working with the children at Heartspring in a new way. In Faiths spare time she enjoyed reading, crafting, and spending as much time as she could with her family and friends. Faith was preceded in death by her father, Mark Dutton; and her grandparents. She is survived by her mother, Ramona Dutton; husband, Eric Wells; brothers, Donald and David Dutton; brother-in-law, Garrick Green; sisters-in-law, Melinda Green and Jessica Dutton; nephew and nieces, Graedon Green, Emelie Green, and Katelyn Dutton; and the rest of her relatives and friends. A memorial has been established with Shriners Hospital for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
