Lois Jane Michels, 84, Retired from Insurance Sales, died Saturday, March 17, 2018. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm, Tuesday, March 20, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be at 10 am, Wednesday, March 21, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her parents, John and Dorothy Beasley; husband, John Scot Michels. Survived by her son, Charles Kraus of Wichita; daughters, Debra (Brian) Carlin of Palm Coast, FL, Diana (Roger) Auclair of Leomnster, MA, Donna (Charles) Spedding of Wichita; step-sons, Scott (Zelma) Michels of Overland Park, KS, Steven (Jan) Michels of Wichita, John Michels of Kilispell, MT; brother, James (Mary) Beasley; grandchildren, Michael (Brandy) Carlin, Crystal Carlin, Kathryn (Brian) Tolle, Anne (Chris) Weber, Joel (Tara) Spedding, Amber (Sean) Picotte, Melissa Stevens; 13 great-grandchildren.
