, 92, retired Boeing employee, died Saturday, October 20, 2007. Visitation with the family will be 4:00 ~ 6:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 24, Downing Lahey Mortuary East. A Celebration of Life service will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday, October 25, at Larksfield Place, 7373 E. 29th. Interment following at 1:00 P.M., in Burrton Cemetery, Burrton, KS. Preceded in death by his wife, Evalyn; parents, Clayton and Edna Hill; brothers, Vernon, Kenneth and Charles; and sisters, Ruth and Helen. Survivors are: son and daughter-in-law, Bob Jr. and Judy; daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and Dr. Jim Shadid; grandchildren, Scott Shadid, Kristi Shadid and Jamie Shadid; sister and brother-in-law, Marjorie and Irl Mitchell; nieces and nephews and a host of friends. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in his memory to the charity of your choice.
