Phyllis J. Palmer, 87, died Sunday, November 3, 2019. Rosary, 7:30 pm, Friday, November 8, 2019; Funeral Mass, 10:00 am, Saturday, November 9, 2019, both at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Clifford; parents, Lester and Alice Popejoy; son-in-law, Michael States. Survived by her daughters, Pam States, Stacey (Gordon) Stockemer, Beth (Brian) Brewer all of Wichita, KS; nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. Memorials have been established with The Lords Diner, 520 N. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67214 or Wichita Junior Golf Foundation, 58 E. Via Verde St., Wichita, KS 67230. Downing & Lahey Mortuary West.
