Wilberta "Bert" Opel Radley, 97, great-grandmother, grandmother, mother, wife, and friend, died Sunday, October 21, 2018. Memorial Service Sunday, October 28, at 2 pm, Pilgrim Congregational Church. Bert was born April 22, 1921 in Iola, Kansas, to Dewey and Mabel Peck. She married Stephen "Steve" F. Radley on July 13, 1941 in Iola, Kansas. Preceded in death by Steve, her parents, brother Dewey "Bud" Peck. Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, Stephen F. II and Sally Radley of Claremore, OK; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Todd Smith of Wichita; grandchildren and spouses, Stephen F. III and Karen Radley of Wichita, William Jefferson and Traci Radley of Claremore, Scott Radley and Lisa Smith of Houston, Douglas Todd and Jenny Smith of Wichita, Julie Kristina Rees-Powell and Paul Powell of Andover; great-grandchildren and spouses, Megan RaeAnn and Nathan Hartzell, Katelyn Elizabeth Radley, Stephen F. Radley, IV, William Jefferson. II and Brytnea Radley, Samuel Stephen Radley, Sarah Elizabeth and Jake Litterell, Michael Thomas and Savanna Radley, Douglas Scott Radley, Wesley Scott Smith, Ty Radley Smith, Brooke Caroline Smith, Lauren Stark Smith, Avery Elizabeth Smith, Carly Nicole Smith, Jacob Radley Rees, Jackson Scott Rees, Jace Patrick Rees; great-great-grandchildren William "Bo" Jefferson Radley II, Shay Shanel Radley, and Annie Lynn Radley.
