James graduated from Blessed Sacrament and Kapaun Mt. Carmel. Survivors: parents, James H. Keeton, Sr. and Carmen Keeton; brothers, Matthew Moreno and Ruben Keeton; sister, Kathy Keeton; nephew, Miguel Keeton. Memorials to: Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 124 N. Roosevelt, Wichita KS, 67208.

I worked with James. He always had a smile on his face and a cheery HI for me. There is a void at work where James used to be. He is greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
James was a student in two of my classes at KU. He was studious, courteous, and pleasure to teach. My profoundest condolences to the Keeton family. He is deeply missed.
Remembering James from high school…He was always one to smile at you down the hall or offer a hug when he could see that your spirits were low. Always very studious and kind. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time.
