Robert Bobby Linsner

Robert “Bobby” Linsner, 68, passed from this life Monday, October 23, 2017 surrounded by his family. Robert served 24 years in the United States Air Force and worked 16 years for Beech Hawker, retiring in 2012. He was an active member of the Church of the Magdalen and of the Knights of Columbus. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert F. Linsner and Lois (Ehly) Linsner. Robert is survived by his wife, Margie, of 47 years whom he married on November 29, 1969 in Great Bend, KS; son, Robert J. (Aya) of Benton, KS; daughter, Melissa Zerr of Wichita; granddaughter, Jacey Zerr; grandsons, Max and Axl Linsner; brothers, Larry (Charlotte), Jim (Sheila), Joe, and Patrick; sisters, Pam (Norman) Redetzke, Rhonda (Don) Herman, Ann (Rick) Schenk. Rosary will be at 7:00 P.M., Thursday, October 26, 2017, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, October 27, 2017, at Church of the Magdalen Catholic Church. Graveside Service will be at 12:30 P.M., Monday, October 30, 2017, at Leavenworth National Cemetery, 150 Muncie Rd., Leavenworth, KS.
