Xidis, Beulah “Du” (Dulos), 89, owner of Xidis Fountain and Sandwich Shop, died Sunday, March 24, 2013 in Bethlehem, PA. Trisagion will be at 7:00 P.M., Friday, March 29, 2013, at Downing Lahey East Mortuary. Funeral Service will be at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Beulah was born to Mr. and Mrs. George Dulos on May 27, 1923 in Arkansas City, KS. She graduated from Hutchinson Junior College. She was an early founder of her church, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, and was active in the church throughout her life. Preceded in death by her husband, George Xidis. Survived by: daughter, Denise (Bryan) Distefano of Bethlehem, PA; grandson, Chase (Megan) Navarro of Austin, TX; brother, Tom (Fannie) Dulos of Hutchinson, KS; 5 nieces and nephews. Memorials have been established with: Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 805 N. Dellrose, Wichita, KS 67208. St. Lukes VNA Hospice, 2455 Black River Rd., Bethlehem, PA, 18015. I went to work for them about 1966 at the sandwich shop on Douglas, worked there all the way through high school until they closed it about 1970. They were both wonderful to work for. I also went to Holy Trinity. Thanks Rick Davis
