Funeral service, 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 11, St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. Preceded in death by parents, Elzava and Mabel Carter; brothers, William “Bill” and James Carter. Survivors, daughters, Nancy (Greg) Duling of Wichita, Deana (Lawrence “Larry”) Garcia of Covington, WA, Rebecca (Max) Koster of Wichita, Racquel Shouse of Magnolia, AR; sisters, Beulah Rader of Valley Center, Rogene Brown of Kingman, Betty Jo Kennedy, Bonnie House and Flo Ann Davis of Valley Center, Mary Pruitt of Topeka, Karen Williams of Valley Center; brother, Robert Carter of Augusta; companion, Vicki Lies of Wichita; 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
