Mary Ann Blue, 88, homemaker, passed away Sunday, January 5, 2020. Rosary, 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 8; Funeral Mass, 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 9, both at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Anna Reidel; husband, Ralph E. Blue, Sr.; daughter, Yvonne Beck; son-in-law, John Beck. Survivors: sons, Stephen (Donna) Blue, Ralph (Sheila) Blue, Jr., Kenneth (Terri) Blue, John Blue; daughter, Pamela (Stephen) West; 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tony, Alex, Paul and Joe Reidel. A memorial has been established with St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 861 N. Socora, Wichita, KS 67212. Downing & Lahey Mortuary West.

What a beautiful lady. She was always kind, loving and knew of no stranger. When I would take them to her house, her greeting on seeing them was so inviting. She took care of my grandchildren when they were babies, and as they grew up. She had many toys, knowing what they liked and knew how to deal with them. What a joy to have her around when her family got together. She is definitely going to be missed.
