Woosypiti, Jared Lee Allen, born March 9, 1989, and died at the age of 24 on July 11, 2013. He is survived by his mother, Teresa Cloud, and step-father, Mark Cloud, both of Wichita; biological father, John F. Woosypiti, of Fletcher, OK; brothers and a sister. A memorial has been established with Hunter Health Clinic, 2318 East Central, Wichita, Kansas, 67214. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
