He is preceded in death by his father, Frank Ruckle. Survivors include his wife, Christine; children, George (Janet) Ruckle, Jr., Lori (Wade) Johnson, Helen (Scott) Alexander, Glenna Hopkins, Sheila (James) Helms; mother, Melba Ruckle; brothers, Will, Ricky and Marvin Ruckle; sisters, Judy Stolzheise, Gail Ruckle; 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
