Doris E. Dykes 95, retired Teacher, died Monday, October 30, 2017. Graveside Service will be at 11:30 am, Saturday, November 11, 2017, at Resurrection Cemetery. Preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Beatrice Waddell; husband, Wilbur T. Dykes; sister, Dena Waddell Duncan; brother, Robert Waddell. Survived by her children, Barbara (Melvin) Vaughn of New Orleans, LA, Woodrow (Sheryl) Dykes of Lexington, VA, Lucinda Dykes (Steve Rusan), Robert Michael (Kim) Dykes both of Cottage Grove, OR; sister, Juanita Dubowsky of Winfield, KS; sister-in-law, Dorla Waddell of Wichita, KS; grandchildren, Michael (Megan) Vaughn of Portland, OR, Travis (Michelle) Dykes of Sterling, VA; great-grandchildren, Alexander Vaughn, Grace, Ani, and Elizabeth Dykes; nieces and nephews, Kelly Duncan, David Dubowsky, Sondra Dubowsky, Robert Waddell, Jr., Philip Waddell, Ronald Waddell, Diana Waddell-Gilbert, Robin Schwartzkopf, Rebecca Keane.
