Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Joe and Joni were our neighbors when we lived in Wichita. They were like grandparents to our daughter, Heather. Joni used to make cookies for her. Joe wrote me a beautiful poem for my Masters Degree celebration. We loved talking to them over the fence. I was not surprised to learn that he didn’t wait long to join his sweetheart in Heaven. Rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with Nancy, Melissa and family.

  2. We are deeply saddened to hear of Joe’s passing. You are in our thoughts and in our prayers. Joe was always such a kind and helpful person and took such good care of Joni for so many years. Now he can be reunited with her. Love always,

  3. In loving memory of our dear brother-in-law, Joe. We hold dear to our hearts all the inspiring music, poetry, and prayers that he shared with us over the years. Thank you, Joe, for lighting the candles for us in our times of spiritual need.

  4. Mr. Riordan (and out of respect I have always called him Mr. Riordan!) was a man who deeply touched every person who knew him. He inspired all of us to be like him by his example. A enormous sense of humor, humility, and pure kindness are alive and overflowing in Nancy and Melissa. Thank you Mr. Riordan, for allowing me to be a part of your life…but mostly for giving the world Nancy, who I will cherish as a dear friend always.
