Phyllis J. Horine, 84, retired registered nurse, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016. Rosary, 7 p.m., Thursday, July 21; Funeral Mass, 10 a.m., Friday, July 22, both at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Preceded in death by husband, Russell, and niece, Sara Murray. Survivors: children, Connie Schlegel (Brad) and Troy Horine; grandchildren, Rebecca Schlegel (Josh Hicks), Erin Konecny (Ron); great-grandchildren, Damon, Jude, Christian, Cole and Avery.
