Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
My mom, Nancy (Hadley) Willis was a friend of the family’s and wanted me to get the message to you that she is very sorry to hear of Mrs. Edgington’s passing. I know she would love to hear from you! (e-mail me and I’ll send you her number if you’d like)
I just wanted to say my mother, Eva Brown, always talked of her friends Lucile and Judy Reed. They were her greatest friends from the old neighborhood area of Lewellen Street. Plus all the kids: Becky, Bobby, etc. My mother could only say ‘my friend died’ again and again. These were her last words Saturday at the hospital. We didn’t even know who it was. She was more concerned about her friend, Lucile, then her own self. Eva died late Sunday night due to the complications of the auto accident. I wish your family the best always. I miss those younger days and remember all of those times. Your mother was very kind and helped my mother a lot over the years. I am grateful to Becky Edgington and Judy Reed for attending Eva’s Funeral. Thank you very much.
Mom and I were just talking about Lou last week. We still admire the beautiful drapes she made for us. She was a good friend to my mom and I felt welcomed in her home when I was young. We are sorry we couldn’t attend the funeral due to mom’s Dr appt. You’re in our thoughts and prayers.
I’m so sorry to hear of Mrs. Edgington’s passing. I’ve heard so many happy stories of when my mom (Nancy Hadley Willis) use to visit your family. I hope that you are all being loved well by family and friends through this sorrowful time.
