68, retired City of Wichita Central Inspection secretary, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018. Rosary, 7 p.m., Sunday, July 22, at Downing & Lahey Mortuary West. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m., Monday, July 23, St. Patrick Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Guadalupe Hernandez. Survivors: husband, Ernesto; sons, Frank Garcia, Nick (Deanna) Garcia, Carlos Hernandez; daughter, Alicia Hernandez; 13 grandchildren. Memorial established with St. Patrick Catholic Church, 2007 N. Arkansas, Wichita, KS 67203.
