  1. Linda and family of Evelyn, she and Deane were some of my favorite patients. Dear people that I loved to see come in to see Dr. Cook. I was his nurse for 24 years. I am sorry for your loss.

  2. I am sorry for the loss of your loved one Evelyn. She was an inspiration to see her live life to the fullest possible in spite of her illness. I was privileged to know her. Gods blessing to her family as you morn her passing. She is walking tall with Jesus now.

  3. Dear Linda, I was so sorry to learn of Evelyn’s death. As Evelyn was both of our daughter’s Godmother, our family’s lives was certainly intertwined! From teaching our children to water ski at Lake Afton and Grand Lake to caring for them so Bob and I could attend the National Jaycee Convention in Phoenix, she was such a giving person! My recipe file is full of her recipes…especially the Bundt cakes and who can forget her Sneaky Snacks at all those insurance conventions!!! I’m sure she is with her beloved husband. It is an honor to have known her. Blanche Parker

  4. Evelyn will surely be missed and never forgotten. She bought so much joy to our family growing up, tempered with wise advice and encouragement. She made a lasting impression on me and was always caring and honest. What a graceful lady. God has a wonderfull new addition to His family in Heaven.
