Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Dr. Phipps was true family physician and a very caring one for my family. He was there for me with the births of my four children now ages 49,47, 44 and 40. He took great care with them through their childhood years as well as for my needs. I was happy to be able to continue with his care upon returning from Nebraska after 9 years. I will never forget him and treasure the hug he gave me when I attended his farewell reception that included the introduction to Dr. Netherton. My thoughts and prayers are for your family in the loss of your husband, and father. I share your loss of this great man who was my doctor for so many years. Jo Ann Sellers Gard
