Helen Swinney Reynolds

Reynolds, Helen Swinney, 90, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2011 in Andover, KS after a battle with cancer. Service 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 8 at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Helen was born in Hanna, OK on September 25, 1920. She was married to Marvin Reynolds on November 19, 1944. Helen worked at Boeing and Learjet before retiring from the Swiss Chalet in 1985. She was a wonderful mother and a friend to all animals. Preceded in death by her husband, Marvin; brothers, Ivo and Bob and sisters, Pearl, Mabel, Jewel and Bernice. She is survived by son, Bob, and wife, Tami of Andover, KS; sisters, Nola B. Hartsell of El Dorado Hills, CA and Faye Ward of Fresno, CA; and her beloved dog, Mandy. A memorial has been established with the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS, 67219.
