Constance Connie Maddox

Constance “Connie” (Berning) Maddox, 63, was born August 7, 1951 and passed away November 7, 2013. She was reunited with her father, John Berning, and sister, Jeannette Puetz. Connie is survived by husband, Steve; mother, Bernadine; children, Seth (Kim), Joel (Heather) and Maci Hanna (Ben); grandchildren, Jared, Peyton, Allison, Cael, Isaac, Mason, Maya, Mack, Rex, Kora, Ava and Mira; siblings, Marge (Buzz), Sherita (A.C.), Dorothy (Sheldon), Tom (Robin), Bernard, Bob (Diane), Joe (Kim); many nieces, nephews and friends.
