Survivors: sons, Sean Speakman of Des Moines, IA, Timothy Scott (Daisy) Speakman and William Speakman both of Wichita; sister, Patty (Leonard) Koehn of Montezuma, KS; brother, Matt Speakman of Monahans, TX.
