Cole Carter

Cole Carter was born on October 24, 1999, and passed on November 10, 2020. Cole graduated from Maize High School in 2018 where he was on the varsity soccer and wrestling teams. He earned his welding certificate from Wichita State University Technical College. He is survived by his parents, Darren and Wendy Carter; brother, Bode Carter; grandparents, Darrel and Debra Carter of Emporia and Connie Baumgardner of Cottonwood Falls, KS. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Boyce Baumgardner formerly of Cottonwood Falls. Visitation will be Saturday, November 14, 2020, from 4:00 -6:00 p.m. and the Funeral Service, Sunday, November 15, 2020, at 2pm, both at Downing and Lahey Mortuary West Chapel, 10515 W. Maple, Wichita, KS 67209. Funeral Service will be Live Streamed here, at www.dlwichita.com, by clicking "Tribute Wall," then the "Watch Now" button inside of the gold "Live Webcast" box.
