Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Nancy was my closest sibling in age,she was nine and a half years older than me. I remember that she loved fireworks and we would shoot them off all day and into the night. Nancy loved playing nurse as a child and began volunteering as a candystriper at age 14. She became a nurse’’s aide at 16 and entered nursing school after high school graduation. A year later she met the love of her life,Keith, and had to drop out of nursing school because they didn’t allow married students at that time. Becoming a mother was another dream achieved and she later returned to school and earned her Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Nancy’s life was a shining example of love, hard work, and perseverance.

  2. Oh my, gosh, I didn’t realize she was so young. She was born the same year as my deceased husband. Sorry I can’t be there for you and Jake and family, but you are in my prayers.
