Valentine Marie Barrera

Valentine Marie Barrera social worker and local business owner, passed into eternal life Saturday, March 6, 2021, at the age of 103. Born February 15, 1918, in Fort Sumner, New Mexico, she is preceded in death by her husband, Leo P. Barrera, and survived by her three daughters, Margaret Jimenez, Ann Long and Lia Cwikla, plus numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rosary, 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 11; Funeral Mass, 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 12, both at Christ the King Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, 610 S.
