Ramona Corral-Esparza, 78, died Saturday, March 13, 2021. Rosary will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, March 19, 2021, at Downing & Lahey West Mortuary. Funeral Service will be at 1:30 pm, Friday, March 19, 2021, at Downing & Lahey West Mortuary. Ramona was the matriarch of the family; she loved her family dearly and will be missed by many. Preceded in death by her parents, Francisco and Francisca (Esparza) Corral; brother, Hipolito Corral; sister, Catalina Corral; daughter, Alma Salcido. Survived by her son, Jose (Aracely) Salcido of Wichita, KS; daughters, Luz Salcido, Maria D. Salcido, Maria G. Salcido; sisters, Manuela (Mario) Jaques, Victoria Corral, Rufina Corral; brother, Francisco (Camila) Corral Jr, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The Foster Grandparent Program send its condolences to the family of Ramona Corral. Grandma Ramona volunteered at Horace Mann school her entire time as a Foster Grandparent. For nearly six years, Ramona mentored many young children, and helped teachers and staff with projects when needed. She enjoyed being a part of the Horace Mann family. We will all miss her dearly.
