M. Jean Hollar

M. Jean Hollar passed away April 26, 2021. She was the daughter of Walter E. and Evelyn C. Rupp. She grew up in Marion, KS and graduated from Wichita State University with a degree in accounting. She was head of the land and legal department for Frontier Oil Company. She married Maurice L. Hollar and they had one son, Bradley T. Hollar. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son; and her brother, John W. (Jeanette) Rupp. She is survived by her granddaughters, Amanda (Justin) Elrod and Brittany Hollar; and her niece, Laura (Chris) Rogers. Service will be at Eastminster Presbyterian Church at 2:00 pm, Thursday, May 6, 2021. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 350 N. Market, Wichita, KS 67202; or to the American Red Cross, 707 N. Main, Wichita, KS 67203. Services in care of Downing & Lahey East Mortuary.
