Survived by his wife, Linda Davies; aunt, Doris Eslinger; sons, Robert (Susan) Davies of Wind Lake, WI, John (Kristine) Davies of Shawnee, KS; grandchildren, Jack and Kaelin Davies of Shawnee, KS; family pets, Shorts, Midget, Neike, Colby, Nora. Services in care of Downing & Lahey East Mortuary.

My favorite memory of my Uncle Smith is how he always called me LuLu Bell. He always knew how to make me smile and laugh, he knew how to make everyone smile and laugh.
I apologize for taking some time to do this but it I had to think a little bit. One of my favorite memories with Mr D was when he came home from work and Rob, myself, Dave, Brian, and Dan would be playing sheepshead. He always would ask to play and of course there was room. By the way it was after we were out of school. He always was so understanding what was going on. Especially when He would be missing a few beers. After my Father passed, He became my other Father. One thing I regret is not taking time to go see Smitty and Mom at there house.
