Allen Leslie Smith, 93, Petroleum Engineer, died Friday, December 3, 2021. Graveside Service will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, December 17, 2021, at Evergreen Cemetery in Republic, MO. Preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Linda Smith; daughter, Martha Louise Pellegrino; wife, Martha Helen Smith; and daughter-in-law, Shirley Smith. Survived by his son, Richard Smith. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.
