Anthony Thomas Skladzien, 33, CNC Machinist, died Monday, December 27, 2021. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Sunday, January 2, 2022, and Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm, Monday, January 3, 2022, both at Downing & Lahey West Mortuary. Preceded in death by grandparents, Joseph and Dorothy Skladzien and Thomas Matheny all of Wichita. Survived by his father, Paul (Val) Skladzien of Wichita; mother, Maureen (John) Williams of Maize; grandmother, Patricia Matheny of Wichita; sister, Maggie Kunkel of Maize; brother, Ethan Kunkel of Clearwater, KS; step-brothers, Josh Henning of Grove, OK; Jarus (Courtney) Henning of Valley Center; Cooper Williams of Clearwater; step-sister, Elizabeth Williams of Clearwater: and a loving extended family. A memorial has been established with: Beauties and Beasts 136 S. Pattie St., Wichita, KS 67211. Downing & Lahey Mortuary - West Chapel.
