James Everett Frager

James Everett Frager, 74, Retired Dillons Produce Manager of 45 years, died Thursday, January 13, 2022. Graveside Service will be at 9:30 am, Monday, January 24, 2022, at Old Mission Cemetery. Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 am, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church. James was born April 10, 1947 to Everett and Laura Frager. As an infant, he was baptized into the Lutheran Church on November 1, 1947. He was confirmed on May 21, 1961. From 1970-1973 Jim served in the United States Navy. James married his wife, Connie, on April 11, 1970. To their union two children were born, Kristen and Eric. In his retirement, he enjoyed woodworking, being outdoors, working in the yard, model railroading, volunteering with the Lutheran Braille workers, and attending his grandchildren’s school and sporting events. Preceded in death by his parents. Survived by his wife, Connie Frager; daughter, Kristen (Scott) Longenecker, both of Wichita; son, Eric (Audra) Frager of Andover; grandchildren, Lauren, Braden, Tristen, Camryn, Rylee, Zane.
