Kingston Lee Hudson, age 10 months old, passed at home on January 21, 2022, as a result of his injuries that were sustained on July 21, 2021. He was a happy baby and always smiling at everything around him. He was full of joy and truly a warrior in his short time with us. We will forever remember him today and honor his memory going forward.Viewing will be from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Thursday, January 27th, 2022, with Funeral Service at 4:00 pm, both at Downing & Lahey Mortuary, 10515 W. Maple, Wichita, KS 67209. Preceded in death by his great-great-grandfathers, Roger Brown and Jim Shoffner; great-great-grandparents, Donald and Jeanette Zimmerman; and second cousin, Grace Harris. Survived by his parents, Joshua and Destinee Hudson; siblings, Legend and Legaci Hudson all of Wichita; grandparents, Veronica and John Smith, Tonya Hudson, Ryan and Tosha Sneath; great-grandparents, Sherri and George Zinck, Donna and Ronald Hudson, Wayne and Susan Shoffner and Diana and Gary Sneath; great-great-grandmothers, Mary Brown, Penny Shoffner, and Lenora Hudson; great-uncle and aunt Mark and Julia Humbarger; aunts and uncles, Chad Smith, Chasity Smith, Kyle Smith, Cody Smith, Porsha Renteria, Faith Smith, Taylor Worley, along with their significant others; and 10 cousins. The Bible provides a comforting promise to end death at 1Cor 15:26 And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing Also tells us hope of a resurrection Acts 24:15 “And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous”
