Adrian Marie (Burgess) Settle

Our Angel, Adrian Marie (Burgess) Settle, 38, was born September 19, 1983, passed away in her sleep on Friday the 4th of March 2022. She was a truly loving and special being. She had the soul of a child, the loving nature of a kitten, and the laughing heart of a lion. She lived life simply while striving to do better and love deeper. She held her beliefs strongly and prayed often. She was a parishioner of The Church of The Blessed Sacrament. Adrian was very close to her family who cared for her deeply. Preceding her in death was her brother, Seth James; and her grandparents, James and Kay Burgess. Her passing is mourned by her mother, Lorna Burgess; and her sister, Alba Davis of Wichita; brothers, Joseph Burgess (Sienna) and Jeremiah Trout of Winfield. She is mourned deeply by her Great Aunt, Trudy (Ron) Julius of Wichita, KS and her nieces, Shea Ann and Stella Mae of Winfield, KS. Adrian will be missed by her Uncles, Mark (Leisha) Burgess of Jacksonville, FL, Bazyl Burgess (Yeeling) of McPherson, KS, Dorsey (Debra) Burgess of South Haven, KS and Rev. Yancey Burgess of Ft. Scott, KS; Aunts, Zoe Burgess (Marc Westerman) of Wichita, Paige (Steve) Crum of Haysville, KS and Abigail Burgess of Wichita, KS. She also leaves behind many devoted cousins, Zackary (Asceneth), Joshua (Jennifer), Dustin (Tessa), Keila, Noah (Alejandra) Aubrey (Jack) Tracy, Glynn (Lyndsay), Dawsen (Madison) Daine (Julia) and Oskar. May all of your wonderful dreams be caught and achieved in the glorious hereafter. You are loved and missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing you. Rosary will be held Monday, March 14th at 10 am followed by a Funeral Mass at The Church of The Blessed Sacrament, 124 N Roosevelt St, Wichita, KS 67208 where a memorial has also been established.
