Francis L. "Frank" Felts, 94, retired NCR Manager, died Friday, September 30, 2022. Rosary will be at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, October 5, 2022, Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am, Thursday, October 6, 2022, both at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Frank was born in Liberty, KS to Frank L. and Bertha E. (Hammond) Felts. Preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Cecil Traxler, Sylvia Phillips, Velma Long; brothers, Lester Felts, Richard Felts, Max Felts, Wayne Felts; daughter, Stacy Felts; son, David Felts. Survived by his wife, Joan Felts of Wichita, KS; daughters, Kathy (Mike) Clark of Wichita, KS, Teresa (Frank) Sullivan of Valley Center, KS; sons, Frank (Karen) Felts II, Kevin Felts all of Wichita, KS, Chris (Karoline) Felts of Austin, TX, Theo (Sydney) Felts of Stilwell, KS; 26 Grandchildren; 57 Great Grandchildren.
