Dorothy "Dottie" (Scifers) Culbertson

Dorothy “Dottie” (Scifers) Culbertson, 95, passed away, Tuesday, October 11, 2022. She was the loving wife of Dale R. Culbertson. Dottie worked for the Seventh Day Adventist Conference until retirement. After retirement, Dale and Dottie went to work at the Adventist Camp in Prescott, Arizona. Dottie was a wonderful artist and quilter. She has won numerous awards. She even has a painting hanging at Chicken Annie’s in Pittsburg, KS. Dottie loved learning. She would take a class or two wherever they were living. She was a quiet and loving woman that will be missed. A Celebration of Life 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Sunday, October 30, 2022, at Wichita South Seventh Day Adventist Church. A memorial has been established with: Wichita Adventist Christian Academy, 2725 S. Osage Ave., Wichita, KS 67217. Services in care of Downing & Lahey West Mortuary.
Dale I was trying to track down Dottie to send her pictures of her Christmas quilt she made me when I saw her obituary. I’m so sorry, I know what she meant to you. I hope this finds you doing well. I love you and think fondly of you both.
