Edmond “Ed” Eugene Fowler II, 70, Retired Parts Manager for Lift Truck Center, Inc., died Saturday, February 25, 2023. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Thursday, March 2, 2023; Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am, Friday, March 3, 2023, both at Downing & Lahey West Mortuary. Preceded in death by his parents, Edmond and Leora Fowler; 2 great-nephews. Survived by his wife, Janet Fowler; sister, Kathy (Howard) Salts of Pittsburg, KS; brother, Wyatt Fowler; nephew, David (Elizabeth) Salts of Neosho, MO; niece, Tabatha (Steven) Laird of Wamego, KS; 1 great-niece; 1 great-nephew; many extended family members. Ed was such a great guy. He was Uncle Ed to my fur babies and was a kind and giving man. He will be missed.
I’ve known Ed most of my life. Some of my greatest memories growing up was just simply hanging out with Ed. Rest easy, you’ll be missed. To Janet and family, my deepest condolences.
