Lauren Howell, 25, loving daughter and sister, died Sunday, March 26, 2023. Rosary will be at 5:00 pm, Thursday, March 30, 2023; Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am, Friday, March 31, 2023, both at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her mother, Sandra Howell. Survived by her father, Steven Howell; brothers, Jarod Howell, Jeffrey Howell, Andrew Howell. A memorial has been established with: Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67219. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.

Lauren will be so incredibly missed. From middle school to post-college life we could always pick up right where we last stopped. There are so many memories I could share – from high school boy drama, to fishing, camping, biking, going out for a drink, and doing some really dumb things in between. I will forever cherish the time she was a part of my life and the memories made. I am thinking of the entire Howell family during this time. – Madeline Goering (Carnahan)
