Sandra “Sandi” Lee Simko, 77, loving mother and wife, died Tuesday, June 20, 2023. Private family services will be held. Preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Elizabeth Pikul. Sandi is survived by her husband, Jack Simko; daughters, Mellissa (Matthew Suomi) Simko, Stacy (Michael) Shay, all of Wichita; granddaughters, Tailor (Jonathan) Truman of Omaha, NE, Brielle Shay of Wichita; grandson, Braxton Shay of Wichita; great-grandson, Jackson Truman. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.

Sandi was a sweet beautiful lady that was well loved by her family and all who knew her. She had a pet name for every one. She fought and endured greatly and now she’s resting with the angels. I pray Mellissa, Stacy and Jack find peace in the love you all bestowed on her and she on you ❤️💕
