My condolences to the loving family and dear friends.
I haven’t worked with DeeDee for 23 years, but I will never forget my time with her at the BirthCare Center. She was so sweet and such a joy to work with. I still think of her often.
Prayers for you all in your time of grief.
Dorothy Roush, RN
I met DeeDee through a mutual friend, Connie Brant, and spent many hours drinking coffee, giving each other support, sharing stories of our families and solving world problems, lol. She was one of the kindest, most loving people I’ve ever met. Her family was the center of her life, but her work was an important part, too. She certainly cared with her whole heart. I’ll miss her.
Dee Dee and I worked in the same office, Associates in Women’s Health, just for different doctors. One afternoon, the office down the hall, asked for help. A lady walked in to their office, and collapsed in cardiac arrest. Dee Dee and I did CPR, until paramedics and Firemen took over. We found out, the lady had lived -despite she was a 3ppd smoker and was gardening in 100+ degree weather. We were just happy she didn’t have any other problems, and we helped save her !!!
